Disagreement is inevitable, even healthy. All too often though, disagreement is avoided or seen as conflict which may cause distress or poor performance as individuals fall in to win/lose thinking. Conflict will always occur at work, we encourage, and need, healthy disagreement, but too often it is not healthy and leaves people distressed and avoidant of further conflict.
We provide a number of services to support people through conflict constructively, so that they either remain at work or return to work in a timely manner with the minimum of distress.
Our team of organisational psychologists work with team members who, as a result of workplace conflict or stress, are on sick leave or on worker's compensation. As well as providing expert psychological support for the individual's mental health, our psychologists triage the individual to the most appropriate ahathinking team member to support their successful return to work - where it is career/job support (if they need to change role), mediation support (if there is conflict to resolve) or executive coaching support (if there are skill or behavioural deficiencies to improve).
Our mediation team provide unbiased, non judgemental professional support to help individuals to resolve workplace conflict. We are skilled facilitators with a desire to assist team members to solve problems constructively. An added benefit of our mediation is that team members learn effective communication skills so that they are more competent to navigate conflict successfully in the future.
Conflict resolution does not necessarily require agreement, our aim is for it to lead to increased self awareness, broadened perspective and personal growth, rather than anger and loss.

Our executive coaching team work with leaders to build self awareness of their thinking and behaviours and their impact on others. We focus on supporting leaders to build constructive behaviours, that build psychological safe environments for their team.
We are certified in many evidence based tools:
Our coaching program commences with building a development alliance and then crafting a clear and measurable goal. Next comes assessment and feedback and consolidation into a development plan. The majority of the coaching is then dedicated to skill building and supported experimentation to achieve the goal.
Our team of psychologists are perfectly positioned to assist your people when distress levels require clinical support. Our team can seamlessly switch between non clinical to clinical support.
If an individual requires clinical support we proactively liaise with the individual's GP and the organisation (confidentially) to ensure support is in place quickly.
In providing this service we are modernising and improving the old pastoral care style EAP offering.
We have a number of skill building modules to assist teams to understand and build skills in the area of psychological safety. Have a look at our offering through the link below.
