Why visit?

I am qualified, experienced and compassionate.

I am an AHPRA registered psychologist with extensive experience across clinical and organisational settings. Sessions draw on approaches that have strong research support, including:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

Offered together with mindfulness-based and Buddhist informed approaches where appropriate.

Always adapted to what actually works for you as an individual.

Psychology isn't one-size-fits-all. The evidence tells us that the quality of the therapeutic relationship - the degree to which you feel genuinely understood and supported - is one of the strongest predictors of good outcomes. That's something I take seriously.

Getting Started...

Simply contact me directly or ask your GP for a referral.

Taking the first step can feel like the hardest part. It doesn't have to be complicated.

You can self refer - a GP referral is not required to access private psychology.

Alternatively a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) referral from you GP will entitle you to a Medicare fee rebate for up to 10 individual psychology sessions per calendar year, which reduces your out-of-pocket costs.

Appointments are available in person in St Helens and via telehealth (either video or telephone call).

Send me a self referral via the contacts page or request me when visiting your GP and they will send the referral directly to me.
